We are a team here at Modul and our corporate culture is imbued with innovative thinking, commitment, diversity and collaboration - both in the daily work between employees but also when meeting our customers.
Employees at Modul
Diversity is one of the key factors to our success. All 50 of us who works at Modul come from different backgrounds. We are employees with roots from a number of different countries, we are 40% women and 60% men, with the youngest being 20 years old and the oldest 65 years old.
We share a common ground and work proactively in independent teams. We have a family-like work atmosphere where we care about each other.
At Modul, there is room for everyone to develop themselves based on their unique circumstances. The common strength lies in our differences and we stand united when taking on the challenges of the business - better together than alone.
Modul in Cooperation
In order to increase attractiveness and quality of technical educations, we have chosen to work together with "Teknikcollege". We also collaborate with the Kalix municipality's "Job & Development Center, JUC", where employees with disabilities have the opportunity to receive job training.
